This project involved building a custom boiler boxing and pipe boxing solution with added storage, creating a much cleaner and more practical finish for the space.
Before the work was completed, the boiler, pipework and surrounding area were all exposed. The aim was to box everything in neatly while still keeping the boiler accessible for future servicing and maintenance. Storage was also built into the design to make better use of the space and improve the overall look of the room.
The project included forming the structure around the boiler, boxing in the lower pipework and building a fitted storage section underneath. Once completed, the finished result gave the area a cleaner and more integrated appearance while still allowing access through opening panels and doors.
This kind of custom boxing work is a good way to hide exposed services without losing practicality. By combining boiler boxing, pipe boxing and storage into one fitted design, the finished result feels far more tidy, useful and in keeping with the rest of the room.

Before: boiler, exposed pipework and storage frame before the final boxing installation.

Work in progress: boiler boxing, pipe boxing and storage section taking shape before the final finish.

After: finished boiler boxing with built-in storage and neat pipe boxing for a cleaner fitted look.

Completed detail: boiler boxing with opening access panels and a lower storage compartment for practical everyday use.
